There is security netcasts aka podcasts that you can download for free all you have to do is either from iTunes search the Podcasts for "Security Now" or "TWiT" (This Week in Tech) the other way of downloading these podcasts is follow his website at http://www.grc.com/securitynow.htm where you can download High quality or 1/4 quality (for people on dail-up or have a low bandwidth {how much you can download in a month}. You can also download transcipts.
