Barclaycard PPI - Refused

Hi everyone

Long time reader but first time i've come on to post thought it was about time
I made a claim for mis sold PPI to barclaycard which they have no denied.
I was sold the PPI over the phone and not only was I bullied/forced into taking the PPI (I said over 10 times I didnt want it) she also didnt tell me any details of what it was actually for. In the end she just told me she'd but the PPI on (After telling her no repeatdly) and then told me I could cancel it at another point.

For some reason they've decided this was fine and denied my claim.

I was wondering what I should do next? go back to barclaycard and re state my claim and disbelief at them denying me or go to FOS?

Hi and welcome

Do not give up, if the final decision have not been given, then ask them to reconsider, and also ask them for a copy of the calls.
What year did you take out the policy?

Tell them you do not agree with the decision, as you strongly believe you were mis sold and pressurised in taking it out, tell them you clearly remember the sale well, and being pressurised should not be part of the selling process.

Even if you have been given the final decision, it maybe worth one last shot, ask them to let you know by 14 days, and if you don't you will take matters further.
