Colection only on ebay

I am rtrying to list something for the first time onEbay. It is a quinny zapp pram so I don't think I could post it or how to wrok out the postage costs for a heavy item so I was going to put collection only.
My problem is I can't find an option to put this. If I put 0.00 for the postage it says free postage how can I change it to say collection only where it usually puts the price of postage?

you will get more interest if you package it up and offer courier

I have sold a few prams / pushchairs on ebay ,P&P has been approx £15

if you dont have the box ,or cant get one I have in the past just used lots of the giant bubble wrap and taped securely with the heavy duty tape

To add the collection option, just select 'Collection in Person' under the domestic postage dropdown, instead of 1st class/2nd class, etc.

Thanks but am I doing something wrong because there is no drop down box next to my domestic postage? It just says domestice postage and has a box with a £ sign for you to fill in the amount. Then underneath it says location?

A word of warning about Parcel2go, they have a nightmare reputation, I have personally been messed about by them.

    I would look elsewhere.

Inactive thanks for that but what other services would you suggest?
  • This is who I used last time when I sold one of my many prams , http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/UK-NEXT-DAY-PAYPERDROP-PARCEL-DELIVERY-SERVICE-MAX_W0QQitemZ170081298832QQihZ007QQcategoryZ121879QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

and it was the local DHL guy who turned up 3 hours later to collect it . And you are insured for up to £100 which will cover you on a zapp as it wont go for that much anyway , ie over £100 .

Have you still got the travel bag that came with it ? Pack it in that and put plenty of bubble wrap around it and then a black sack . That will be plenty .
Baby Thomas born 3 months early by emergency section on 21/1/09 weighing 1lb 15ozs .
Thomas came home after 3 months and 2 days in hospital weighing 5lb 15ozs
    Thomas weighed 21lb 4ozs on his 1st birthday , a total weight gain of 18lbs 5ozs !
