Lloyds still not paying me. desperate

I had an offer letter from Lloyds tsb on 16 november and despite dozens of emails and calls, I have heard nothing . i am so desperate for the money. Is there really nothing more I can do? Thought about ringing the gresham St office in london but not sure who to ask for . anyone had any luck in more agressive pursuing?

Sorry I haven't got any good advice for you that you don't already know.
I have been waiting since 28 Oct 2011 and I called yesterday (PPI customer services) and i was informed they were making December and January payments.
I told him my dates etc and he marked it as urgent but sticll could not give me a timeframe.
I would call them up to make sure your claim hasn't been overlooked.

Hi, what you need to do is send an email to Tim Tookey he is the Chief Exec of lloyds and explain what has happened and how long you have been waiting etc.
I have also been waiting since 22/11/11 and despite several emails and phone calls I am yet to be paid and I am also desperate for the money.
You will definitely receive a reply from him. Good luck.
