Credit card charges

I pay more than the minmum amount on my credit card bill every month yet when they add their charges it takes me over the limit and I get charged £12 each time. Is this legal?

Yes. I suggest you reduce your balance sufficiently to cover the cost of any interest and charges due. Then you wont get charged.0
