    Think someone posted this already

    http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/monterey-jack-cheese-30p-100g-3-kg-tesco-1157385

But reading through the thread... found this

"The 250g packs of Tesco Edam slices also work out at £2.26 per kilo. These are £1.35 each and 3 for the price of 2. If you buy 3 then you can use the £1.00 voucher as the price before the discount is £4.05. So you get 750g for £1.70 = £2.26 per kilo."

Ok its only edam but i have melted cheese on just about everything so £1.70 for three packs is good... From well proven experience the £1 will work as till will still think youve spent £4.05...

Nothing wrong with Edam cheese i think it's nom nom nom.

Mmm cheese and onion dip luverly. :D

don't know if this is of interest to you guys but I'll mention it anyway :o

Muller light yoghurt 6 pack are £3.59 in Tesco and only £1.50 in Asda. Used the £1 off £3 spend on yoghurt from the price drop leaflet, and just got a price check voucher back for £2.09 making the 6 pack of yoghurts just 50p :D

However don't buy 2 packs in one go as a Tesco multibuy kicks in as it's 2 for £5 so the return wouldn't be as good. If you want more than 1 pack for 50p (and who wouldn't!) do it in separate trips.

    crafty old fox,
    good spot
you have been hanging around with us lot and now it's rubbing off on you, I hope you moderate yourself.
    well played redfox :T:T:T:T:T

For those that had problems earlier with Windows and IE, glad you got it sorted but here a little tip..

Goto control panel and look for Updates.. There will be a option to "automatically download and install updates".. Untick this and replace with "download updates but let me choose when to install them" this way you'll be able to ignore updates you don't want such as IE9... Always do the security updates though...

MS will sometimes override this if its a major update but it should give you some control on want you want on your machines

Gatwick T's Lots of the chicken strips priced at £2 on packs - no good to me as nowhere to put them at the hotel

ooooh! So now i'm tempted to leave hubby to sort out the roast and head of to T's for chicken and potential whoopsies! Only thing stopping me is the trout who made me slightly nervous when dtd'ing my Denby the other week :o

Neosi, where did you see the latest post regarding the SSM vouchers? I can't find it on their FB page. Thanks.
  • Oh, and just remembered, not T's but Mr S instead. May have already been mentioned before but they had a 60 piece frozen party pack (chicken ball things, onion rings, mushrooms, wedges etc) for £1.25 down from £5 today. Didn't buy as not really needed but there were a few on the shelf
