Ok finally caught up, glad i'm a fast reader sometimes:)By the way ... I got 6 Price Checks back tonight (1 = Wed last week, 5 = Thursday) ...Sorry, unfortunately we have been unable to find your receipt details, so we cannot show you price check results for your shopping. Please try re-entering your receipt details and we will try again to find them.
I had email today with the exact same message from a thurs receipt. :mad:littleladybug wrote: »Hi All,
Not much exciting to report I'm afraid but did notice a random shelf of the old-fashioned looking bottles of fairy liquid in my local. Scanned hoping for a mega-bargain and they came up at 62p which isn't an amazing saving as you can get Tesco's own on 2 for £1.20 but prob half normal fairy price so not bad if u like fairy. Also don't know if there are some fairy ssm vouchers floating about as I haven't got into the ssm thing as my printer is a pain!
Also about 6/7 disney stockings hanging up near the easter eggs. They have been there a while and have already stocked up for party bags for my DD so left them for someone else.
Did get 4 packs of Duracell on DTD. Thanks OP! There seem to be quite a few on clipstrips floating about. I know of at least one upstairs as well as the one I pointed out downstairs.
Stocked up on 5 boxes of Whiskas tho will be returning ovefr the next week to add more to the stock pile!littleladybug wrote: »Sorry, I'm in the south-east x

Evening guys - hope you are all well
I went to see Mr 3Dogs from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. He'd had the morphine drip removed this morning, as well as his catheter which is good progress. However, he'd been in his chair for 20 minutes and felt he'd overdone it as he was in pain and very tired when I got there. Nurse gave him some orimorph to take the edge off the pain. He was also quite down today, probably after coming off the morphine. Despite having the catheter out from 8 am and drinking 2 jugs of water/squash, he could have a wee, no matter how hard he tried, and he was staining himself trying, so the nurse checked with the doc and re-fitter the catheter which started to drain immediately
He doesn't feel much like eating and didn't have any of his supper, but has had small amount of his dinner and is drinking plenty fluids
He told me that the Macmillan Nurse had been to see him this morning and would start off a claim for him, and that she would be round with the doc tomorrow so I should see her then
We have been worrying over a decision which we knew was the right thing to do for practical reasons but our hearts were telling us otherwise. However, we made the decision and I called at the kennels on my way to the hospital and explained the new situation, and asked them about rehoming BillyThings are going to be tough over the next few weeks/months and Billy is going to be a problem. He is very strong and I struggle giving the two of them one walk a day, whereas he need 3 good walks, and I can't see Alan being able to manage dog walks while undertaking chemo. Bess is smaller and less trouble so we feel able to cope with her and little pup Molly, but have to be practical and quite selfish and let Billy go to a new home. The kennels understood as we have hinted at this before and they will contact the lady who does the rehoming at their kennels, and she will get in touch with me. I didn't go into the runs today to see Billy & Bess as I would have got too upset and it would have unsettled them, though I was dying to see them
Tough decision, but we both agree that it has to be doneWe even discussed whether Bess should be rehomed too, but feel that she won't be as much trouble
Big drastic changes for us but that comes with the diagnosis
Hello 3dogs, big hugs hun.Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -
Completely OT but can the people who have become a facebook friend and use their real name (like I do) let me know their MSE names so I know who everyone is!!!. I've been guessing and most I've got right..but I'm sure there's a couple I'm mistaking for someone else!
If you could send me a message on FB I can save it and know who's who!!!My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
