I have around 30 of these from when A's did them for £1 and I used the £3 coupon oh happy days
Goodness knows how Dettol work out the viability of this product. They must sell zillions of the things, but people rarely buy them because they actually want the product - just useful items to get you money off the rest of your shopping or to maximise JTD or APG or to give a hefty bump up for a conditional spend because of the coupons! Haven't been to a car boot for quite a while but I bet you could pick up as many as you need for a quid or so.
Marketing team at Dettol must think they are on to a winner based on the number of units sold, so everyone happy. Pretty good result all round really apart from environmentally - quite ashamed to say that when the handwash ran out on mine, just replaced it with a whole new unit and chucked the old one as this was way cheaper than buying a refill and I goofed up prising the lid off the empty one.0 -

Just suppose a person's dog does the ssm thing and get's lots of rewards...
Would the dog have to print out his coupons from a different computer as the said person? Or would the dog be able to use the same computer as his owner without getting the print limit reached message? :rotfl:
I think that dog would much better spend his time hiring a publicist :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:YNWA JFT96 :A0 -

I think it might depend on whether other family members had printed some off . Some people on here have family who share the same computer and it will work (albeit with a bit of logging on and of and cookie clearing!!) for a couple of users, but when their animals have then tried it's not allowing them to print.
Could of course be that their paws are not pressing the right keyboard buttonsMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
I'm just going to post this before work re the WHSmith deal , haven't read back so I'm not sure if we have been updated yet today.
It's probably been answered but in my store there is an a4 poster on the wall above the greeting cards advertising the £15 giftcard for only £10 when you buy any greetings card. There may also have been some small information along the bottom of the card display near the price list.
The cheapest cards are towards the bottom shelves and you can buy any to get the deal. There is nothing in the T's and C's to say it can only be done once, nor does it say you can't buy giftcards with giftcards. The only stipulation is you can't buy competitor's giftcards with a WHS giftcard.
HTH if it is still going and anyone is trouted!!!:D:D

Hi - don't have a clearcut answer for you, hopefully someone will be along soon who does.
But what I would say is that be absolutely sure that the person's dog really wants and needs another set of coupons and is not fussed about any possible SSM offers in the future. There has been a lot of talk on the coupon thread about linking fb accounts and IPs and people getting locked out for good and/or losing access to their fb accounts for abuse/misuse.
Each coupon printed has a unique trackable number but I don't actually know what exactly it tracks. So you will probably be able to print from multi accounts to your hearts content, but it may come back and bite you somehow later. Some of the more long standing couponers have said it isn't worth the risk, but that has to be a decision for each individual.
In any event, I am pretty sure the current crop of coupons is enough to build a healthy stock pile for the time being and another great offer will be along soon.0 -
i think i will e mail Mr clarke this evening and tell him that one of his Duty (stock controll managers) threw his toys out of his pram and banned me because i told on him!!
I really would take this further if I were you.
You are guilty of asking a branch to honour their own company policy as displayed in writing behind every customer service desk.
I'm sure that T head office would not be pleased to think that not only do their branches try to go against policy but actually ban customers who know their rights.
Given that you rang HO and they agreed you had been overcharged and told you to return to the branch, in my opinion it is outrageous that the Manager then banned you - an abuse of power surely. If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0
