Hi all
Went to tescos today, had two lists to get stuff that would price check and normal stuff, oh took the price check stuff off first whilst I carried on getting the other stuff. Paid on ss using coupons really helpful sa as machine messing around and wouldn't take all the coupons so he went to cs and got a refund for the rest of the coupons.
We then did real shop on manned till didn't really have that many coupons as most had been used on the price check shop it was only flash ones. Checkout guy wasn't sure he could take them do called supervisor who called duty manager over. He took one look and said nope tesco don't accept Internet coupons. I said but they are the safe coupons and store specific to here. Nope still don't accept them, I asked if he could call head office and confirm that, nope can't do that only had training about Internet coupons last week must not take them so it doesn't matter what head office says. He was that adamant that he even wrote down and signed a piece of paper saying tesco do not accept coupons. I asked him to save my transaction whilst I called head office. I left my shopping with him went outside and made called head office confirmed I was correct so took phone back in and made manager talk to head office on my mobile. He then turns to me and says ok you were correct, no apology given! So I said ok can I have my shopping now? His reply nope you left the store so I have put it back on the shelves!!!!!! I asked why he would do that when I clearly asked him to save the transaction. He said I did save the transaction but didn't think you wanted the shopping! Am I likely to pay for nothing!!!
By this time had been in the store over an hour and a half so both kids fed up so wasn't going to go and reshop it all and queue up again do ended up leaving with nothing! Im also annoyed as I had finally managed to get 4 of the Sarah smith wipes which I have never got before and now haven't got!!!
Sorry for the long past I just needed to rant!!!!! And sorry for typos in on my phone!0 -

Ahhh got sunday night blues now, feel so lonely and depressed.:( Anyone else get this or am I just a proper odd ball? As soon as sunday night comes around just feel like sobbing my heart out, even if I've had a lovely week...
:(:(
Did google what my problem is a few months ago and apparentley its probably quite common, some think a lot of people begin questioning 'the point' of life on sunday as they have time to sit and reflect on everything and everyone in their life. God I bring so much negativity to this thread, I should really go to bed lol!0 -

Well I'll add a little positivity
.
Am on my own most of time so no need for big shops, and don't eat most of the stuff the glitches are on. However, I went to H@t£ield today and nice SA took my SSM coupons no bother. I''m happy I've stocked up on soap powder and fabric conditioner (great timing as just finished my DFD haul from last spring where Mr T paid me to do my washing for a whole year), also flash & toothpaste. Thanks all on here :TA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

I think Sunday evening is an anti-climax....you have been looking forward to the week-end and having time to do what you want then it comes and goes so quickly. Sunday night you know you have to be up early and routine of the week starts over ...Born to glitch
