Providing you followed the instructions to the letter it should set up the WiFi as part of the set up.
In any of the software that was installed is there any kind of WiFi setup utility/tool you can run?
Also remember that if you have MAC address filtering set up on your router you need to put the printers MAC address in the router to allow it. Also, if you have a password on the router you will need to enter this in to the printer, either on the printers control panel or through the software installed on your computer. Doing it the latter way will need the cable connected.
What make and model of printer have you got?0 -
No, you're not alone, I haven't visited SSM either! Only because the perishing thing won't let me though - not for want of trying. It won't let me in to Mission Control - just gives me lots of pictures of mugs! I've given it all uip as a bad job now.
I think you may be clicking on the wrong thing to enter. Don't click on where it says "click and tick" That gives you pictures of mugs. Click further dowm where it says mission control.
I hope this will work for you!:)N1LDA:D0 -

RootedNomad wrote: »I have reassessed my shopping list for today and taken out all laundry products no matter how good a deal they are. I need to be using up supplies and stop building them. I think we sometimes have a bit of a siege mentality, especially if we are having hard times financially, which leads to stockpiling. One thing I am learning (Nikkilala always said this) is that at some point in the not too distant future there will be another offer, another good deal, another glitch, so I need to draw the line somewhere.
Somewhere on MSE there is a "using up toiletries" challenge thread - I think we may all need a using up laundry and household cleaning products challenge thread instead.
Strange thing is that since all these brilliant cleaning offers have been around, my house isn't any cleaner. In fact, it is probably messier because I spend more time online trying to work out best way to use up vouchers etc. Think I may have lost the plot somewhere along the line, so as it's now a nice sunny day, I'm off out to enjoy it.

Very well said, and so so true. I am sure most of us can relate to this. Sometimes I think we all need a day off from bargain hunting/looking for freebies etc, to remember the more important things in life that are also FREE... like spending time with the people that we love and care about... Since having DS I have realised how important it is to get the balance right.. I could spend enormous amounts of money showering him in gifts, new clothes and toys, but nothing will make a child flourish more than love and time.. IMO that is the best investement you can give a child.
I remember reading on the "only buy reduced food thread" a lady saying about how her dad got so obsessed with getting bargain food from supermarkets that he never spent evenings with them and was just totally obsessed with it and refused to pay full price for anything...:( I am sure he meant well and that the money he saved probably went on buying them new toys etc, but the sad thing is that the woman just wanted quality time with a Dad not constantly looking for a bargain.
Like you say, there will ALWAYS be a new glitch, a new bargain round the corner. I always remind myself when I go into insane crazy buy everything because its cheap mode, that there is so much more in life than bargains and try to have a break from the computers/shops.0 -
