Do read the procedure (as posted by fourp) and get yourself clued up on it Helen. Rules must be followed if this is likely to escalate. From memory, I think you can have this mtg, then another one if necessary and dependent on the outcome from T, you can then appeal - but it has to be within a certain amount of time. Knowledge is power and it is definitely in your interests. They are likely to have numerous people attending (HR, your mgr etc) so don't be on the back foot in any way.

I do walk there and back to my local but I tend to leave the heavier shopping to the Extra as the bus stops quite close to me. If I could be bothered to change buses in town I could get off the bus literally right at my door if I'm prepared to sit on the bus as it takes a massive detour.

Ah lady bug, he'll have forgotten about them now. I almost cried when my son had his 18 months ago, his little face looked up at me as if to say "why did you let her do that?!". cruel to be kind and all that.....:p

Yeah, I knackered ankle number 1 jumping off a kiddies roundabout when it was going at great speed. Ankle number 2 was knackered when I fell 6ft out of a tractor, my foot twisted itself up round so much I could see the entire sole of my boot clear as anything. I had an ankle the size of a football for a fortnight afterwards.

My knee got done when the school bully karate kicked me in the side of the knee and I fractured my pelvis by crashing in to a cow on my bike when I was 12. I found lying unconscious in the side of the road with a pool of blood coming from a huge gash in my head. I spent a month flat on my back in hospital and missed two months of school.:beer:
