sorry Artha, i dont know the specifics of that case...i was looking it up just now after i posted the human capital comment.

i 'm afraid my knowledge is not exactly current...i've lost touch with the outside world for a good couple of years when we were living down under....we didnt have internet and my sheep was my BFF. We just got back a month ago...

if there were concrete evidence of IT, the FSA would have already looked into it...?

That was the point I was making into why the OP couldn't understand why the Tesco guy wasn't sacked if guilty of this breach.
Better leave it there now as probably going off topic for too long:):)

Just checked store locator, in a 50mile radius of me there are only 21 stores - 7 expresses, 2 metros, 11 superstores and 1 extra

After looking at the store locator I've just realised that I is not an Extra! (I'm sure it used to be)
I'll maybe try them at D tomorrow

Pretty sure I is an Extra as I could have swore I used the free WiFi there the other day.

There isn't much of a range in the Options in D. There is a bigger range in T but the double discount didn't work there for me yesterday.:(

why lie? if you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to fear. my late mum taught me that as a small child.

"raggy dolls, raggy dolls, raggy dolls we love you!":rotfl:

    i remember the lines...

raggy dolls, raggy dolls...dolls like you and me,
    raggy dolls, raggy dolls...made imperfectly,
so if you're not at ease with your knobbly knees
and your fingers are all thumbs...
stand on your two left feet
and join our raggy doll chums!

    ok...sad i know.... ;)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

I don't want to worry you even more but you may find that for the preliminary meeting you are not allowed to take anyone in with you. You are allowed to take somebody (from a specific list of allowed people) after the initial exploaratory meeting. Thats what happened when I was suspended anyway.

What if they have read some of your previous posts? Example when you said about the ood sel on pork and that you were getting changed and then going to get one?

This was intentional and could be seen as misconduct. Youve only made a few posts but they are a bit incriminating from ts point of view.

    My opinion only:o
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

  • Just caught up on the last few pages, skipped a lot out.
Haven't been on since yesterday morning due to first being busy and second because I ended up in A&E from 7 pm yesterday until 3.30 am this morning
We went to the skateboarding park with the older kids from our after school club last night, I'd just walked in the gate but didn't see a tiny step and tripped on it, landed on my face and knocked myself out! Have now got a very cut and bruised face, nothing broken just dreading seeing the kids this afternoon.
I keep forgetting how sore my face is and go to rub or scratch it then end up in agony and only just remember about the cuts and bruises :rotfl:
