What are pikelets in your neck of the woods? Haven't heard this term for years. My mam always used to call what others would know as crumpets by this name. Must be a regional thing I think?:)
pikelets = happiness in my personal neck of the woods.
they are just mini pancakes - we were living in NZ and discovered pikelets, pavlovas, lamingtons, slices, anzac biccies and ....afghan biccies:eek::eek::eek: (afghan biscuits are really just choc biscuits)
btw: crumpets doesnt taste sweet on its own, whereas pikelets do. i can happily sit here and eat pikelets on its own but it would be rude to ignore the bottles of Nutella sitting on my kitchen table:):) :P

Got charged twice last week for a item that was £1. CS took off the 1 point, but admittedly did give me DTD of £2Our Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

Absolutely furious guys!
Just had call from Customer Services about my recent trouting and accusations of fraud.
Told on the phone that the reason I was flagged up was because I'd been seen 'replacing labels' on those Toasta bags back in December when staff checked CCTV.
Ridiculous, why would I replace labels on £1.75 Toasta bags? Was told I have to inform the Police if I want to take this further and that is what I'll be doing.
Customer Service Advisor on the phone told me if I enter the store I'll be removed by security! Told them I'd like to speak to the manager directly, told me no chance and they'd call the Police if I went into store and asked! What a joke..0 -
