Oh and just one quick T's question. Was eagerly awaiting my CC statement for the vouchers and I have none?! I mean I have the actual clubcard vouchers but none of the 'buy x product save 50p' etc etc....have they done away with them or is it just me??
I didn't get any additional vouchers eitherI wondered if i had just missed them and chucked them out with the envelope but obviously not!
I tried a new Mr T's today and was quite excited when I discovered there were 2 price scanners that actually worked!! How sad am I!Was v dissapointed though when everything scanned at the right price! I had been hoping to find the sour maoms (sp) sweets as my OH loves them but there was a big empty space where they should have been... doh I was too late!
I consoled myself with lots of persil, comfort and dettol instead!
Erm I'm not sure if I've got the hang of this money saving.....I seem to be spending more money buying 'bargains' that I don't really need - oops!!0 -
i hate the two posh ones they're just so nasty for no reason,
people are allowed to have fun!! lol
random question off subject.....
does anybody know a bank that will give me a bank card with a bad credit score
i was very stupid when i was 18... went to my bank lloyds to ask for overdraft got told no but offered £1000 credit card which at the time i was very pleased with and took. leant my dad £500 and he was making the minimum payments for a while then when my turn to start paying it came i couldnt be bothered (i know stupid)
then i messed up with my at the time bank alliance and leicester before the change. didnt have an overdraft and they let me go over bu like a few pound and on next months thing they took nearly a hundred pound in charges, this kept happening so in the end i stopped using them and refused to pay back anymore overdraft fee's. i told them i didnt have overdraft but they said it was my fault for going over what i had
(i explained to woman that every friday i would try to top my phone up with my card and if it worked i knew my wages were in there and if it didnt they werent but suddenly it let me do it even though i hadnt yet been paid )
ended up payin them nearly £400 so had enough but now i cant get a bank and its soooo difficult not having one
i have post office card but it means i can never buy things online or order my shopping online to get it delivered
really would like a card lol
It's neally impossible to get a bank account that gives you a debit card with a bad credit score but there are pre pay visa card you can get to buy things online & you just top them up0 -

OH had a look for them in T today while he was looking for the buckets of maltesers but came out empty handed
I'll have a look in W and I over the weekend.
OH took me to B the other day.....really quiet, clean and tidy....won't be rushing back.
Right-hander hereHandle every stressful situation like a dog.

Catch y'all later and please no mega glitches while I'm gone!
I never realised you had kids! You learn something new each day eh? Mind you it took us all ages to figure out if you were male or female :rotfl:
Oh and for those awaiting their Netflix TCB ............. it's now properly payable
Edit: I'm a righty too0 -
For anyone who got the previous Red Spotted Hanky deal and has an account, there is a free £5 offer via FB - posted on Grabbit, thans to OP there. Think you can also register for new account to get the £5? Limited to 20,000 so think they'll go fast.0

I thought that very same thing too!
On a toally unrealated note, OMG how expensive is the cinema these days?! Just dropped OH's 2 boys off as they wanted to go see a film before they go home, £15.10 it cost for the 2 of them :eek: My jaw nearly hit the floor, plus as they're teenagers they bump another 30p each on the price of a kids ticket
All I can say is they better bloomin' enjoy the film! :rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
