Not a massive bargain but an item that does not go on offer very offer - I obssessively look in every shop I go into.

We were in Farm Foods last nigh, 1st time in ages and in the fridge Wykes butter was 2 packs for £2 - cheapest butter now seems to be about £1.30. Its a long while since I've seen butter at £1 a pack. I always have a few packs of butter in the freezer - I think you can freeze it for a month.

I "collected" some Tesco receipts on Wednesday and I put them into the system to see if any of them would produce a JTD voucher to go with my £5 till spit - printer ink needs changing so its sods law that one of them will produce a JTD voucher :D First receipts I've collected since November.

Is it today that QPR10 goes to the states? If you get this number 10 have fun, drive safely and remember to drink the bar dry on the plane (after all, you've paid for it).

:eek::eek:Happy, are you encouraging QPR to drink and then get into her hire car?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Before i bid you goodnight, my conversation of the day with ds2;

Me sitting quietly alone in lounge, ds2 appears seemingly from nowhere.

Me; where did you pop from?
    Ds2; your womb
    Me; my womb?
Ds2; yes, i was there for ages
Me; (laughing) how do you know about that?
Ds2; (looks up thoughtfully) well its easy. You just go up the stairs to the top of the house and its there.

He'd be in my room. Duhhhhh! Needs to work on his r's!

:rotfl: Around 19 years ago, in the car with DD (about 8) and DS (6)

DS - I spy with my little eye something beginning with w (pronounced wi).

Various answers - water, white car, wing, wing mirror, window etc.

    DS increasingly frustrated.

Us - ok, we give in.

DS - woad!!!!!!!!!!!! (road). He needed to work on his r's as well.....

Oh how we laughed, but not as much as the time he got his tongue stuck to the ice cube tray :rotfl:

Em, we freeze it for a year :)

Evening all, just nipping in quick and will catch up properly tomorrow but so annoyed with myself. Went to T's tonight and picked up a few bits and some nice whoopsie flowers. Got myself 4 bottles of comfort, used 4 vouchers and then left the flipping comfort at the till:mad::mad::mad:Phoned the store when I got home, they didnt answer so went through to CS services. They couldnt get hold of the store either, it rings a few times then goes back to them. They said try again in the morning but I think think the chances of getting them back are pretty remote. It was only £1 but it's the principal, I was so chuffed at getting no grief with the SA:(Never mind I'll just have to make it up tomorrow;)
    Night night everyone,
    Night night Happy my little:A
I'm sure the SA would have noticed you left it there! If you've used your clubcard they might be able to trace it back to you. If you still have the reciept check the till no if its on the reciept and the SA's name.
