although i get your point HC and can even understand the logic behind doing something like this, Caz I would urge you not to do this....its not fair to use children as a weapon in yours or the ex's battle, and its more harmful for the kids to do something like this. At the end of the day, he is still their dad, and in a previous post you did say that they deserve a father...if he proves his worth to his kids, then thats all that should matter now...if he fails at that, then the kids will see themselves what a fool he's been....but they shouldnt need graphic info from text message/photos/emails etc to prove this. Its not fair on them
I don't think showing the kids all the ins and outs would be a good idea in its entirety but the sentiment of someone showing more care for my children (HC) than their own father made me a bit emotional.0 -
I've just had a flashback. Who was it a few months back that used to go out on his bike to get glitches and DTDs? I say he as it wasn't Czerchy. I remember lots of jokes asking how he'd fit so many glitches in his rucksack.0

I can't wait for that day to arrive. I've got a huge amount of worry to deal with at the moment, so much I'm uncertain of. It's making me really ill right now.
However, I'm looking forward to the day that I can join you caz in saying that I'm back to my old self again. Well done. I'm glad you're there.
Just trying to keep myself from going under right now. Not sure I'm winning that battle.
My DS (age 22) is only just realising what his dad is like he blamed me  for to put it nicely chucking his dad out. He was 7 when i did that and i never stopped him from seeing his dad. It took me about 2 years to get back to my old self. Just keep your chin up i know it's hard but it will get easier.0 -
I take it back about 'H', he can now be upgraded to DH again. He took me out for lunch and eventually got me a card.
Away to attempt baking from scratch  Will post a pic later if they work!
A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0 -
Afternoon all, Just back from a brief Tesco jaunt and managed to pick up a lone 1p box of McVities Temptations (not good for the diet but couldn't resist at that price!).
Also got a handbag post-it note dispenser that I know people have posted previously but also a bright pink heart post-it dispenser which I'm not sure has been posted before or not??
Scoured the store for kebabs but couldn't locate any!
Thanks to OPs!!0 -

Thanks Happy. Will take a look. We went from both sides and thought it best from Argentina. Did you do the boat trip and get very wet?:rotfl:We got soaked, so went and got changed into dry clean stuff. Then just outside we had to take our clean footwear off and have them sanitized because of foot and mouth!
Yep! We get very wet too but not because of the boat trip. The heavens opened and being a tropical jungle? It peed it down. We couldn't have got any wetter on the boat trip even if we'd jumped overboard.:rotfl:0
