I had to go to view my basket after I'd put the plant in, then click "Use order code" and a box popped up at the top of the page to put the code in, but I had to put the plant in the basket then look at something else then go back to view basket for it to work.

Tried it again just now and it's still working for 1p.

Thanks a lot for this, I just ordered my mother in law and myself a tree peony and also used the free petunias (i think!) when buying something link too, just pay for P&P.

The full order was about £7 but should have been just under £40 also went through quidco for cashback!

I cannot understand it - I must have tried hundreds of times yesterday and meanwhile, everyone is getting the deal with the code but every time and no matter which way I try it, it will not accept the code. I emailed them for advice which, of course, they haven't replied to. I did try the way you said, Beetlemama, thanks, but still no joy. I want to get the petunias as well so that's taken care of.

I have come onto the main computer now, as I was on the lap top before, so I'm going to try again as I really really want to get this Tree Peony! Wish me luck, peeps!

good luck mazza, Just a long shot, but which internet browser were you using yesterday? If you try a different one on a different computer it may help.

I'm not going to make a full confession but suffice it to say - I am thick and deserve to be flogged for the mistake I was making! I have got the code to work now (stupid, stupid!) and have managed to do the order twice. Thank you so much, Clairibel for sharing this with us. (going to crawl off into a corner now)
