Leaking boiler - Please help

Hi All
I am noticing droplets of water dripping from the combi-boiler unit for the last few days. ALthough it does not seem as a major issue yet and I was wondering if this is something that my Home emergency package would cover.
The boiler came with the house when we moved in a year ago and it looks newish ( although I do not have any other details regarding the boiler)
Do I need to call a plumber or can i take up a home cover and call them after the cooling off period.
Any suggestions most welcome.
Linda

I suggest that you get your Home cover people in ASAP before the boiler incurs more damage. Water in the electronics will result in a new PCB probably being required. Why would you wait for the 'cooling off period'-you can't take out this cover now if there is a pre-existing fault.
Make and model of the boiler would help.
PS: a plumber is not necessarily qualified to work on a gas boiler-you need a GSR RGI.No free lunch, and no free laptop
