She needs to ask the employer
Contractual hours would also be usefull information like is it term time or other weeks not worked as well as BH.
Then come back and people can check if this meets the legislation.
Not getting paid for non working BH and not using holiday can complicate.
If she works the same hours every day then statutory minimum would be 5.6 weeks at 4 days. Even if worked as hours the number of days still needs to be 22.4 and that can include the BH.0
