Options
Hubby (yet again!) bought a huge tiger loaf on Sunday but its the one with the salt and pepper crust  and nobody will eat it. I can't bear to toss it into the food waste....any ideas on how to use it?

make it into breadcrumbs, the flavour in the crust will give a nice flavour to whatever your coating it with

    Cut the crusts off?
  • Blitz it in the food processer with a small tin of anchovies(maybe a bit too salty if there is loads of salt on your crust?) in olive oil,lay on a baking sheet and grill till crispy ans sprinkle over a Macaroni Cheese, very yummy my hubby`s favourite :)

From the freezer it could make: - Home made stuffing or add to a savoury crumble topping.

Cut the crust off and tell them that's all there is.
