If you've not paid out anything more than the £9 then just walk away. If you have (especially by PayPal) themn open a dispute for the cash back as 'item not accurately described'.

not sure on the formalities of that but I'm sure someone here is....

What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?

If it's the one of Ebay with the "GHZ" plate, the seller has said its a 2000 model year, not the date of reg, small point I know.

Did the check come back with the minbus details? or has the vehicle has a plate change at some point?

PS. upside down photos? that must of done your neck in whilst looking at them!!

    Hi
I have not paid anything apart from the £9. Thank goodness I did that! He emailed me and asked me to call him. I have instead replied that I am very disappointed the bus was not properly advertised and the vehicle is not as described in the auction. It would have affected my maximum bid. I have said that we no longer wish to go through with the purchase. Hmm we'll see what he says.
The vehicle has had a plate change and and the report details the old number plate.

Lol yes 1and1 it is that 1!! I realised that it said 'model' not registration year, so I worded that he had put modell 2000 yet the car was registered in May 1999. It also says in the Vehicle check that the car was imported. He also listed it as a tourneo and it is a transit kombi! I know about the pics, that is why I got confused, another one I was watching had funny pictures and I got them mixed up! It did say that the plates had been changed.

Cat C Cat C is damaged beyond economical repair. It could be minor but it may not.

Totally admire that fact you go through where purchases normally and I know that I have bid on something in the past by mistake. If you have ever done it you will know how easy it is. ESp if you are comparing but just walk away.
