Hi all,
Hoping for s bit of a steer.
Been discharged on IVA for about a year now and someone mentioned to me that I could still apply to get the premiums paid back on a couple of loans I had back in the day...
Some of these go back over 6 years and obviously I appreciate I did not pay back all I borrowed (well probably did just not the amount they wanted)
Anyone who can clear up where i stand I will be very grateful..
Cheers

If you win a complaint against a firm you did not pay back in full then they will use any award against money you did not pay back first. Then, and only then, is there a chance you anything left over.0
