Rbs ppi

Hi ya
I've had 3 loans with RBS over about 8yrs what we had topped up I know for definite we have had PPI insurance in the early stage of the loans cos' I can distinctively remember being in the bank and them telling me if we took out the ppi insurance it would help us to get accepted on the loan!!

but 3yrs ago we could not afford the monthly payment we had to pass onto debt management company husband lost his job etc. at the time i thought we had the ppi but we did not.

When I applied for PPi via a solicitors (cant remember there name) the response from RBS previous loans were paid off and the recent loan did not hve the ppi, then couple of months later they applied charging order of the loan to my property !!

do you think its worth looking into are just leaving it alone!
thanks
