RSS feeds

Ages ago, I had added some RSS bookmarks to my browser's bookmarks toolbar. There was a separate RSS address for each forum, so I was able to create a tree of my most interesting MSE forum bookmarks. I just had to hover the mouse on each one to see a list of the most recent threads in that forum without even having to visit the site.
I haven't used them for a while but would like to get them working again. When I hover over them now they seem to give lists of threads that were current in 2008, so obviously they must have got switched off since then.
Here's an example of one of the old feeds that produces a list from 2008:

How do I get a similar feature working again?
I've done a quick site search for RSS but I couldn't find a article on what RSS features are available from the MSE site nowadays, or how to set them up.

There is a feed for each individual board, and one for the whole forum.
Just change the number at the end of the RSS link to the forum id of the board you want. (the number at the end of the board url)
Or in many browsers there should be a RSS icon to click.

Thanks. I've been using Firefox for several year (now on v6.0.1) and I've never see a RSS button as in your picture.
I found a help page which describes briefly how to set a forum RSS feed up
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/faq.php?s=&do=search&q=post+count&match=any&titlesonly=0
and it seems the feeds I set up a few years back are still correct. But for some reason they are not automatically updating (still showing thread titles from 2008). I found that I can get them to refresh by right clicking the feed in bookmarks and choosing "Reload Live Bookmark" - but according to Firefox's help it should be doing this automatically at a default of every 60 minutes. I also have a BBC RSS feed and that seems to be always up to date.
Anyway, I've followed Firefox's instructions of how to set a config value to choose a different automatic refresh period, and I'll see if this gets Firefox to do the refresh automatically (it used to do that OK for several months when I first set up RSS feeds to moneysavingexpert).0
