problems with the gas pre payment metre

no from what UW have told me its the entire metre as its faulty i have my own card which has recently been sent but its been taking payments off me that i don't owe and is from the previous tennant. all my top ups will be refunded to the new metre when the refund will take place i have no idea. I assume the card i have now will work in the new metre or that should be i hope it will i ask the engineer when he calls.0
