No account info except name of company

Please help. My husband and I have had credit cards with Egg, Capital One and Lloyds. That is all the info I have. We don't have any statements or even account numbers. Can we still request statements by just giving our name and address?? We're pretty sure we were miss sold PPI

In most cases no. You will have to do a subject access request and pay £10 for each one.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
