I have an old CCJ on an HSBC loan that was opened over 6 years ago, the CCJ is also over 6 years old. I don't remember how much the original loan was for and I don't have any paperwork. I am still paying this loan off to DG Solicitors, am I able to reclaim PPI on this loan??
I don't have a signature yet....

If you have reasons for mis sell then yes, although any redress you may get if you win, will be taken off this debt, and if any money is left over will be given to you.
The solicitor should have the loan details so ask them.
A word of warning!! do this claim yourself,do not let the solicitor do this for you,if you do they will charge you for this and you will end up owing more money as the redress will go toward the debt, they should not do this really, just so you know.
When you have the info, put a claim into the bank, they were the ones that sold this loan and ppi.
This may clear the loan though and you will have one debt less to pay.
You will get the 8% to you and this is taxable.0
