Wall cavity insulation
My apartment was built in 2007,would it have insulation as standard?,if not would i be able to have it done with it being a leasehold.I have had some extra soundproofing done but it hasn't made a difference and maybe i am clutching at straws but i think it would help prevent noise transference down the cavity as well as moneysaving on the heating.

You would need to clear it with the freeholder.
But a 5 year old property should have this already though. No free lunch, and no free laptop

You can't go drilliing holes in the exterior walls of a leasehold block anyway, it's matter for the freeholder.
It must have CWI if built in 2007.No free lunch, and no free laptop
