Can anyone recommend a satellite installation company in Newcastle?

I've arranged for TVS to come out FOUR times and they either don't turn up cause they say they can't find the house, they don't have the right equipment (the lead from the dish to the box will be around 50 metres and apparently I need a booster) or they just don't turn up at all. Sky can't do it cause it involves running a wire round someone elses property and they say they can't do that.
Can anybody please recommend a company that can install the dish and connect it to my existing two sky boxes and aren't going to mess me around?
