Urgent Lloyds Tsb PPI help needed

Hi,
Im new here but need some help figuring out where I stand with these Lloyds people.
I made a complaint with Lloyds tsb to reclaim ppi in october last year. My PPI policy was still ongoing when I made the claim and I asked if I should close the policy when making the initial complaint and was told "don't worry about cancelling the policy" as once they have made a decision the account will be closed automatically.
I received a letter halfway through december stating that I was mis-sold PPI and that they would refund me just over £3k -money paid to me previously in a redundancy claim (which was also supposed to include help and support getting me back to work but never seemed to materialised whenever I called the number they supplied)
The difference between the offer and the payments they had previously made was a grand total of £7.95 which was the amount I would receive.
I thought "fair enough" but from the date I initially made the claim in october until december they had taken a further £190 from my bank account for the policy payments. Then came january and they took a further £95 from my account for the PPI policy so I called them up and was told this would be recalculated when I receive final payment to include the extra they had taken from me. But when february came they did the same again so I called them again and they gave me the same answer.
Yesterday I received a letter dated 6th of february stating that they sent me a letter on the 2nd of february with my final settlement figure of £7.95 (a letter that I had actually not received on that date but infact received in december) anyway the letter I received yesterday had a cheque for £7.95 attached to it and no mention of the recalculation to include the extra payments taken since the complaint was made.

Where do I stand and what should I do?

The fact that they waited until my initial payments to them outweighed their redundancy payments to me by £7.95 was probably expected but to continue taken payments of £95 for a few months after was a real low blow especially since I can't afford the lose that money.

Get in touch with them and let them know,if they do not reset this loan as you received redress in December but are still paying ppi,if they do not rectify this and remove the ppi and refund the over payment of ppi,you will take this to FOS.
