PPI re-claim through car seller!

Hi,my now wife brought a car back in 2005 of which she took out a loan through the people she brought the car from, can this also be addressed for ppi re-claim please?

If PPI was sold by the dealer you can complain to it. However, simply having PPI does not mean it was missold.0

Creditlab Finance Solutions was directly authorised by the FSA until 19 December 2007 when it became an Appointed Representative of LTC Compliance Limited of The Brooms, Monarch Court,
Emersons Green, Bristol BS16 7FH until it was dissolved in July 2009.
So a complaint about a sale from 19 December 2007 would need to be directed to LTC.
A complaint about a sale between 14 January 2005 and 19 December 2007 would be considered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.0
