I bought the cheap stuff from Tesco and Asda for years as we were really skint, but since I discovered Nicky (Farm foods as we don't have home bargains down here) I've never gone back. Turns out the cheap stuff was a false economy and really didn't last long for the amount spent.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0

never noticed bog roll in afrmfoods but in all honesty dident consider it as do mostly frozn there.
Better value from Farm Foods as just noticed money off coupons on coupon thread if spending £25 or more. Combine toilet rolls with shopping or just max up on toilet rolls.

Loo rolls are a bargain hunting headache. The individual sheets can vary in size and thickness and the number of sheets on a roll varies too. I've never seen a shelf label which gives you a breakdown unlike other products eg 31.4 p per 100g
My mother buys cheapo stuff for the downstairs cloakroom for visitors and Andrex for her own bathroom <rolls eyes>0 -

My mum's likely to do the opposite, so people don't know she has to buy value
Agree about co-op value, it's very thin, but prefer it to tesco value, it's a bit softer!
Wish we had B&M or Farmfoods round here0 -
Iceland loo rolls are good, 4 pack £1, same as Nicky, same manufacturers, in fact I think they're better. I've just bought some Nicky and tried them side by side with Icelands.0
