After 8 weeks the royal mail have returned my letters to Creditlab financial solutions of Croydon, saying they are no longer at this address so I ask two questions
1/ has any any idea where these have moved to or any information about them.
2/ The loan was taken out with welcome who say that it was through this creditlab that the car was financed,(and kindly gave me the address) if creditlab for whatever reason no longer in business, is that game over as regards claiming back the PPI or do I go back to welcome and try again as my friend went through welcome.
NB I am making this claim for PPI on behalf of a friend to help them, as I have already been succesfull on two others
Any info of course will be greatfully appreciated:)

Give the FSCS a ring

If this loan was post January 14th 2005,if this company has gone bust they may be able to help you.
If it was pre 14th January 05,you may have to ring FOS and ask if they can help you, maybe chase the insurer/underwriter.
Unless anyone knows if this company have moved or are under a different name?.0
