can anyone tell me what rough costs there would be in demolishing a 2 storey barn, and also what kind of time and mess it could be?

if the timber is good and the roof is ok, then someone may take it away for nowt. try ebay or a local contractor.
reclaimed materials can be valuable.
make sure they understand to remove everything from the site. ie clean up!Get some gorm.0
