Seam coming apart on Nike leggings

Hi guys,

I recently (within the last 3 weeks) bought a pair of Nike dri fit leggings to wear to the gym, and i've noticed that the seam that runs from the front round the back has started coming apart in places.

I bought these from a sports direct store, and i dont know where the reciept is, its probably been thown away. i paid by card so it will be on my statement, although i bought other things at the time.

Do you think i'll be able to take them back for a new pair, or a refund, as i dont think its acceptable that they are falling apart after 3 weeks i wear them for about an hour 3 times a week, and they're the right size so its not my fat bum thats splitting the seams lol
