Coupon printer download help

Hi Everyone
I was wondering if someone could help me out. I have been trying to download the coupon printer for my mum so she can get some money off coupons for her shopping, but it gets so far in the installation, and it wont allow me to continue. I was was wondering if anyone knew what I need to do to fix this? I am using windows 7.... :j
