Anyone who believes that people don't see a car accident as a way of making profit nower days is deluded. It's widely known that Insurers will just roll over. I've seen cases where a car rolled into a garage that was parked about 30cm away from the garage door and an occupant claimed whiplash to "try their luck".

I had the same about 6 years ago walking speed rear end Claim was for £1950 an insurer said it was below £2k therefore teir policy was just to pay out.

I was raging about it, still annoys me when I think about it....:mad:

The post you quote was in answer to the "doctor" saying:

She jumped out of the car right as rain, no indication of pain.......

(And the 14 days you mention wasn't the delay before symptoms appeared, we are told that was the time before the (innocent) victim sought treatment - could be they hoped it would go away without treatment! We don't know!)
