Loyalty programmes with your utility service provider

Hey everyone this is my first post!

Always been a viewer but never signed up until now!

I'm in my final year of university at the moment and for my dissertation i'm studying the effects of loyalty programmes in contracted services.

I was wondering what your thoughts were on the effectiveness of any loyalty programmes you have taken part in with your service provider..

-What programmes have you been involved in?
-Have they have actually made you more loyal to them?
-Have they have changed the way you interact with your provider?
-Are you skeptical or concerned about the way in which they are run?

I'd love to hear your your experiences.

I'd also be really grateful if you were able to fill in a short survey for me to give me your thoughts and opinions
