Credit Cahrges PPI reclaims

Hi All
New to this site but need some help... Yorkshire Bank have upheld my complaint re PPI on credit card, they have gone back 7 years but I have provided them with statements going back to 1995 they have written back saying they have reinvestiated and have noted something that would have overruled the original decision but they say they will honour as a good will gesture the original offer, I am scared to challenge them further in case I get nothing but I don't know if this is a bully boy tactic by them or not ... can anyone offer any advice? they have not said what they have uncovered and I'm not expert at this... dont know whether to accept what they have offered or challenge them more.. any help you can offer would be greatly received.. thanks Lisa

You could ask them what info they are referring to so that you can make an informed decision whether to accept or not, otherwise you may be disadvantaged.0 -
Thanks for the response I will give them a call tomorrow and as someone else suggested try speaking to the FOS to see what their view is0
