Final bill from EDF online saver 7 Question.
I've recieved my final bill from EDF online saver 7 after moving to Npower.
When i started the process in December i rang EDF and they said they would keep me on the online saver tariff untill the switch over.
So on my final bill that's what they have done, but they have charged me a daily standing charge in addition from January 1st.
Is this usual? They never mentioned the daily standing charge in the initial phone call.

What was your switch date-they can't have billed you for anything beyond that date?
EDF OS7 is an SC tarif, you will always have been charged a standing charge on it.No free lunch, and no free laptop
