    My cleaner just packed up, can anyone recommend an upright that can deal with pet hair well - I have a mix of laminate and carpet. Don't want to pay more than around £75 as my last 2 have only lasted a couple of years. Am so disappointed with the quality of goods these days. My mum had the same hoover forever.

    Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!

    The one in the deal OP posted, i.e. Vax C91-M3-GA Mach 3

    I've since returned it and buying a Miele cat + dog instead
