Hi, could somebody advise. I am about to make a claim against the above on 3 counts of mis selling PPI. I have account numbers for the 3 loans but do not have the insurance numbers. Is it imperative that these are sent with the claim, or are the account numbers alone ok.Sorry if this is going over old ground!

The account numbers will be fine, they should lead to the insurance policy numbers at their end
