County Parking enforcement action pending

Have now received letter fromPhilips (pre enforcement notice).I "have left us no option but to carry out full recovery procedures in which you may incur additional charges of no less than £45. Our recovery agents have now been granted approval to commence recovery procedures without any further warning" I have 7 days to now pay £130.00

I have not received any court date or notification. I believe this to be yet another threat to make me pay up. I am prepared to go all the way to court if necessary.

As there is no court action (yet), I can refuse to let the company into my house. If they put a foot in the door, I can call the police.

I have looked at the British Parking Association code of practice. Section B5, subsection B5.1 The code of practice clearly states the time and date the parking ticket was issued should be on the ticket along with the date and time of the alleged breach. My ticket has printed on it the date and time of the alleged breach, NOT the date and time of issue of the ticket. I did point this out when I appealed against the ticket-which was rejected.

Your thoughts would be appreciated.

    Continue to ignore.

The ONLY time you need to sit up and take notice is if you get officially stamped court papers from Northampton County Court, I which case come back here to THIS thread...so save it and post more details, alternatively pop over to pepipoo and start a thread on there with most of the details and you'll get a cast iron defence.

why bother ? they are just the yes men of the 20 stone blokes above, they have a powwow every year where they exchange tips for a successful fire. My tip is plenty of petrol and fake PCNs and invoices ;)

As you can see my thoughts are don't worry about these invoices and what they say on the threatograms, just read again the sticky threads in this section.

Oh and don't take any private parking company seriously, as they are all a joke, or the british pathetic association (BPA) who are not a regulator just a trade association who backs up the scammers subsection BS I mean B5 invoices
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
