I've always quite enjoyed TiffanyD if you can ignore the fact she pushes Sigma brushes quite a bit.

She is very very good at eye makeup and uploads videos quite regularly, but what I like about her is that she seems really down to earth compared to some of the others. Definitely worth checking out her vids.

I've only recently discovered Youtube makeup tutorials, myself. I love them!

This one has actually inspired my daily look, even though it's a classic pin-up look by Dita Von Tease's makeup artist:

I just leave off the false eyelashes and wear neutral lipstick.

And, this is mostly just interesting, but I did pick up one great tip (to use a highlighter above my cheekbones and between my eyes). It's a demonstration and explanation of how Marilyn Monroe's makeup was done. It's really fascinating:
