    Does it honestly really matter? Just don't buy said bars again...
  • I'm more bothered that they genuinely wrote back and told the OP that they were either;

    a) imagining it, or

    b) eating it wrong.

    The usual non-committal 'thank you for your comments, we will bear them in mind' would have been better than telling someone putting chocolate in your mouth and eating it was wrong.
    I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    next time take a photo of the bar with best before date from the wrapping on.
    That why the person who is replying to you can see the actual issue. You may get better feed back

    To those of you who were a little rude to me earlier in this thread.

    People have disagreed with you, that's all. I've sampled chocolate products in different sizes and it does change the eating experience (for want of a less pretentious way of expressing it.)

    Does anyone else think G & B is over-hyped and overpriced?
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

    Not my personally cup of tea.
    However if you like high cocoa content then its probably priced about right for the market.

    I don't think you understand the purpose of this message board.
