:jJust want to share this experience with forum.- I bought few items online from sports direct during thier daily deals promo. On two occasions I was given wrong sizes which I did returned through a paid post and was refunded quickly but minus cost of delivery -(both recieved and return.)

In thier return policy: Return item cost is the responsibility of the seller.

Whereas no wording for refunding full cost including postage to the buyer which is backed by distance selling regulations. Currently fighting for this money.

Yesterday I was at our local sportsdirect to look for something for my little one. Then I decided to query about free return post from the manager. Lo and behold she gave me this address:

This was also posted on dooyoo a couple of years ago. Don't know if it's been verified either. It might also be worth paying a little on recorded delivery as well so that they can't claim any items haven't been received.

Do bear in mind though, the above address is for customer services and not returns.
