PPI on debts settled via a DRO

in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
Can you claim back PPI on loans/cc's that have since been settled via a DRO?

I'm thinking about TSB & BOS. Oh I don't have any documentation so can I ask for my account details via SAR?

    You can still complain but any redress can be used against amounts written off as part of a settlement (after all you didnt pay it so why should you get it back)

    But I did pay some PPI before the DRO though I understand what you're saying.

    The point is that the lender can set any money it might owe you due to misselling against the money you promised at outset to pay it but didn't. Only once that had been cleared would it pass money to you.
