I recently sent an e-mail to Pets at home, asking why they had changed the make up of a product which in my opinion was a change for the worse, and I received a very prompt reply giving their reasons.
They also asked for my postal address, and today I received a letter from them along with £15 in gift vouchers for my disappointment with one of their products.
If only some of the large electrical retailers who often get mentioned on here could have the same level of customer service.
