Old statement entries with Halifax

Hi,
I have an Halifax Easycash account. I just realized that my statement entries are deleted at the end of each month. For example now I can't see any transaction before 30th January.
Even if I use the "Search by date" I just received as answer that there are no transactions in January.

Is that normal? Should I contact Halifax?

It appears that you could have statements sent by post each month there is activity on your account, and you will get an annual statement. If you haven't had any in the post, I would ask in a branch.

    Section 1. p.14
    • Regular bank statements (either online or by post).

    Section 3. p.18
    3 Statements and information
3.1 We will make a statement available each month there are
payments on the account and will provide you with a paper
statement regularly and at least once a year.
3.2 Where statements are available for your account, you can
order a paper statement at any branch or through telephone
    banking (where available).
3.3 You can ask us to provide you with a copy of a paper statement
we have already provided but we may charge you for this.

I've actually activated the "no-paper statement" option. So I don't receive and I've never received paper statements

In which case you should be able to receive one free of charge.
