CESP Scheme 2012
Hi all,
I have been sent an invite to attend a "British Gas CESP Open Day" near me, seemingly in conjunction with my local Council.
My circumstances are i am NOT on any income support, and have, in fact, been told in the past that, because i have an occupational pension of some £900 a month i don't qualify for anything that i tried to apply for. No other income, or savings (I had to retire early, due to ill health)
I am just wondering if its worth my while attending this Open Day, tbh.
There are 2 days, in fact...Thursday 16th and Friday 17 of Feb. As its BOUND to be cold out, i could do with staying in, tbh, but would go if i knew what the financial criteria is, and if i qualify for the scheme.
I have a deep distrust of these things, as i feel they will just turn out to be a massive sales pitch by British Gas, aided and abetted by my local council(even with the council's good intentions)
Anyone know the full entitlement criteria, or whether or not its worth my whileplease?
